1. Program Stage
RUNE is in early alpha. Features may change quickly, include defects, or be temporarily unavailable. Tester seats are limited and reviewed manually.
2. Tester Expectations
- Use the system responsibly and avoid disruptive or abusive behavior.
- Provide clear feedback on issues, confusing interactions, and quality regressions.
- Report bugs with reproducible steps when possible.
- Do not share internal tester-only experiences as final product claims.
3. Bug Reporting
Use the in-product reporting path or your assigned support contact. Include screen, action, expected result, and actual result whenever possible.
4. Privacy and Use Boundaries
Testing data is used to improve reliability, safety, and learning quality. Avoid entering sensitive personal, student, or regulated data unless your organization has explicitly approved it for testing.
5. Seat and Access Decisions
Access requests are reviewed in queues. A request may be approved, deferred, rejected, or archived based on seat availability, testing focus, and safety readiness.
6. Incentive Policy (Alpha Draft)
Qualified testers may receive up to a 90-day complimentary subscription at the approved testing tier after public launch. Eligibility and final terms are set by RUNE Systems at launch.
7. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated as the program evolves. New submissions capture the active version at consent time.
